Wednesday Season 3 Still Rolling in Ireland as Shoot Extends Well Past Original Wrap Date

Production on Wednesday Season 3 is running longer than planned. The Netflix series, filming in County Wicklow, Ireland, was originally scheduled to wrap in May 2026 but reports from crew on the ground indicate the shoot is continuing significantly beyond that date.

The third season began principal photography in February 2026 after Luis Guzmรกn confirmed at a fan event in November 2025 that production would return to Dublin and Wicklow โ€” the same locations used for Season 2. Hunter Doohan, who plays Tyler Galpin on the show, previously indicated the shoot would run seven to eight months, putting a wrap somewhere between September and October 2026.

Co-creator Alfred Gough has confirmed Season 3 will introduce more Addams family members and expand the show’s mythology. Eva Green joins the cast as Ophelia Frump, set up as the season’s primary antagonist following the cliffhanger ending of Season 2. A 2027 Netflix release is expected once post-production completes.

For Irish-based crew, the extended shoot represents continued work well into fall 2026.
