Bridgerton Season 5 Shooting in London With Fall 2026 Wrap Expected

Source: What's on Netflix

Bridgerton Season 5 is deep into production in London, with filming expected to wrap by early fall 2026. The season centers on Benedict Bridgerton and began principal photography in March 2026 after Netflix had already renewed the series through Seasons 5 and 6 simultaneously.

The show’s typical production cycle runs approximately eight months — Season 1 filmed from July 2019 to February 2020, Season 2 from March to November 2021, Season 3 from July 2022 to March 2023 — suggesting Season 5 could wrap between October and November 2026. Netflix has signaled it wants to close the gap between seasons for the flagship series, which saw nearly a two-year wait between Seasons 3 and 4.

Michelle Wright returns as part of the producing team. The production is based at UK studio facilities with on-location shooting across London.

Series creator Shonda Rhimes has said she sees potential for up to eight seasons of the show, plus spinoffs. UK-based crew should expect the production to keep a substantial footprint through fall.
