About The JobLouis Vuitton is seeking a highly motivated 2026 VIP & Influencer Intern to become an integral part of our dynamic Entertainment team in New York City. This internship opportunity will focus on supporting VIP efforts, offering exposure to local events, sample trafficking and special ad hoc projects.Job responsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:VIP/Celebrity & Influencer RelationsTrack and support with all incoming/outgoing samples for VIP red carpets, fittings, events and dressing moments utilizing Fashion GPS and PowerPointMaintain organization of showroom and workroomCreate PowerPoint decks for fittings, showcasing accurate sample availabilityUtilize Wearisma to track and update activity for giftings and brand eventsMonitor and track social media coverage, identifying Louis Vuitton-centric content from talent and influencers and compile into weekly reportSupport large-scale product seedings across both influencer and VIP – including appropriately packing product to be sent to talentMaintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing samples, including Paris loans, using Fashion GPS and PowerPoint.Coordinate with messenger and courier services to ensure the timely transfer of all samples.Ensure the showroom is consistently neat, organized, and presentable.Provide support for special projects including awards season, shows and local eventsOffer new ideas on brand-right talent and influencers for considerationProfileWe are excited to speak to candidates with strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
