This role focuses on capturing video of people, projects, and events. You will organize, label, and manage media files after shoots, offer creative input to enhance visual storytelling, and overall content quality, and participate in travel for on-location shoots as needed.This paid internship runs from December 2025 to May 2026, with possible extension into fall or beyond. Hours are 15 – 30 per week, paying $19.00 – $22.00/hour based on education. Required SkillsBasic understanding of camera operation and video production techniquesAbility to set up and break down video, audio, and lighting equipmentProblem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issuesStrong visual composition and attention to detailStrong organizational skills, including file managementProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere and After Effects is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to collaborate with others as a teamTime management skills to ensure timely project deliveryCapable of working independently and taking initiativeComfort working on location and traveling when neededNonessential functions and responsibilities:Updated on the latest software versionsRequired Experience Full-time undergraduate or graduate student in film production, media studies, or communicationsCandidates must be sophomores, juniors, or seniors majoring in marketing, visual communications, media studies, film & TV, or related areas with relevant coursework. Graduate interns are also eligible for consideration.Qualifications preferred:Coursework in related fieldWorking Conditions:Work is performed within a hybrid work environment.
