We refer candidates to Mercor that collaborates with the world’s leading AI research labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models.Organization: MercorPosition: Creative Filmmaker / Content CreatorReferral Partner: Crossing HurdlesType: Hourly ContractCompensation: $45/hourLocation: RemoteCommitment: 10–40 hours/weekRole Responsibilities (Training support will be provided):Develop creative video ideas and produce short-form video content based on provided guidelines.Shoot high-quality video clips using professional camera equipment (must own a camera and tripod).Perform basic video editing, including trims, string-outs, and exports, ensuring quick turnaround times.Work closely with the team to ensure the videos align with project goals, vision, and style.Adapt and deliver fresh visual ideas, experimenting with different formats and approaches to keep content engaging and innovative.RequirementsStrong professional experience as a filmmaker or content creator.Demonstrated ability to create compelling video content (portfolio or reel required).Proficiency in basic video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver polished content on tight timelines.Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different project environments and challenges.Application Process (15 min)Upload resumeParticipate in AI interview (10 min)Submit form
