👉 We are looking for an experienced Live host who is interested in earning an hourly wage as a TikTok Shop Live host!Compensation Structure: Fixed Hourly Salary: $30/hour Commission: 1-2% hybrid (contingent on performance)Just to set expectations clearly: we anticipate the commission to range anywhere from $0 (common) to $100 per live (high-end), depending on performance. I wouldn’t factor the commission into your hourly expectations — it’s an upside bonus, not guaranteed — so the main thing to consider is whether $30/hour on its own works for you.Scope of Work: We’ll be sending you products from brands on TikTok Shop to go live with and generate sales. All products will be provided at no cost, along with any live décor needed. Please note that all live décor and certain products may be subject to return. However, you will be responsible for installing these products when applicable. Most products require little to no installation and are generally quick and easy to set up.You’ll be working closely with a TikTok Shop livestreaming expert who will provide you with a script (or brief) outlining what to say during your lives, along with 1-on-1 training to ensure your livestreams are performing at a high level.We’re offering a profit share because we need you, as the host of our livestreams, to put real effort into making them perform as well as possible. So as we earn more, you earn more!This is a performance-based partnership. We’re not looking for a host who wants to do the bare minimum just to earn an hourly wage.
