We pride ourselves on our dedication to both the talent we represent and the clients we serve. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Agent in the Live Entertainment field. The Talent Agent will be responsible for fostering relationships with venue clients, securing booking opportunities, and, negotiating contracts. They will support artists by obtaining bookings that firther the career id the artists. The position involves maintaining a keen understanding of the entertainment industry and contributing to the growth and success of BiCoastal Productions. And it requires a 24/7 mentality of reaching out to our established clientele Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with artists, clients, and team membersProven ability and experience in entertainment Sales and contract negotiation within the entertainment industryPassionate about live entertainment, with excellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment while achieving team goalsPrior experience in live entertainment, event management, or a related field is requiredProficiency in industry-specific software or platforms is a plus
