We’re looking for talented, reliable creators to join our team for an exciting multi-week lacrosse event series in the Naples, FL area.The OpportunityWe’re hiring freelance videographers and photographers to cover a spring break lacrosse training program featuring top prep school teams from across the country. Assignments will vary week to week and include games, practice coverage, action photography, and coach/player highlights.Schedule OverviewWeek 1 (Mar 9–12): ~5–6 hours – Practices (photo) & games (video)Week 2 (Mar 16–18): ~8 hours – Large-scale event, boys & girls coverage (photo & video)Week 3 (Mar 22–26): ~12 hours – Practices (photo), games & scrimmages (video)Week 4 (Mar 30–Apr 1): ~11 hours – Practices (photo), scrimmages & marquee matchups (video)Flexibility to work select days or all four weeks is welcome.What You’ll Be DoingCapturing high-quality action photography of lacrosse practices and gamesFilming with a focus on clean, usable footageShooting coaches, players, and key moments throughout each sessionDelivering content promptly after each assignmentWhat We’re Looking ForExperience shooting live sports (lacrosse experience a plus, but not required)Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and video equipmentAbility to work independently on-site with minimal directionReliable, punctual, and comfortable in outdoor/field environmentsMust have own equipment (camera, lenses, tripod, etc.)Based in or near Naples, FL or willing to travel to the areaCompensationCompetitive hourly rate based on experience.
