The Film Specialist will serve as a key representative of the department, managing multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines with concierge level professionalism, poise, and quick problem-solving as an integral member of the team.What You’ll DoProvide administrative support to the Post Production team, keeping projects and workflows organized, and on track. Provide administrative support to the Post Production team, keeping analog and digital project and customer service documentation organized, easily accessible and maintained in databases, as required. Support Chief Quality Guru for internal and external partners, delivering professional, timely, and personalized communication at a concierge level of customer service. Support screenings and internal/external review events, ensuring a seamless experience and follow up, as required. Organize and maintain departmental resources, files, and shared spaces, including creating meeting agendas and meeting minutes; cataloging materials; review and data entry of historical and ongoing correspondence. Track workflows and coordinate across teams to ensure projects stay on schedule, flagging items requiring immediate attention. Provide a personal, customer-focused approach to all interactions, prioritizing partner satisfaction over scripted responses. Who We’re Looking ForSomeone with a strong customer service orientation, naturally focused on building positive relationships and adaptable to changing priorities and timelines. Proven experience in administrative support, organization, and workflow management with demonstrated database proficiency Knowledge of film and post-production processes, with a hands-on approach to supporting screenings and events. Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and approachability.
