We’re growing fast, and content is a massive part of how we reach, inspire, and motivate our audience.We’re looking for a Social Content Creator to help ideate, shoot, and produce high-performing content across Solin’s organic social channels – with a primary focus on Instagram. You will also be responsible for scheduling and posting content across our social channels.This is an in-office, full-time role for someone who understands organic social deeply, knows how to create scroll-stopping content, and is excited about telling real stories in the fitness and wellness space.You’ll work closely with our Head of Content and CEO to help shape how Solin shows up online — from idea to execution to optimization.What You’ll DoIdeate & Develop Social-First ContentGenerate creative ideas, hooks, and concepts optimized for organic social – especially Instagram. Help develop content that educates, inspires, and drives engagement.Shoot Engaging Video ContentFilm content using both iPhone and DSLR cameras. You should be confident behind the camera and comfortable capturing high-quality footage in a fast-paced environment.Edit & Optimize for PerformanceEdit short-form content optimized for Instagram Reels, with expansion to TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and X. Apply strong knowledge of pacing, retention, hooks, captions, and platform-native formats.Stay Ahead of TrendsBring a strong understanding of organic social strategy, including trends, A/B testing, retention strategies, and performance optimization.Manage Social ChannelsAssist with scheduling, posting, and managing content across Instagram, YouTube, X, and TikTok. Help ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with brand standards.Move Fast & Ship OftenOperate in a high-output, fast-paced environment.
