At Unload My Home, consistent closers easily earn within that range — our systems are built for performance.Your ObjectivesHit $100K/month in gross profit by closing fresh leads and nurtured opportunities.Key expectations:Train at least 1 hour weekly on calls, mindset, or sales skills.Respond to new leads immediately, including off-hours.Handoff every contract cleanly to the transaction team.We expect:1 contract signed in your first 30 days.Accountability for results — always.Clear outcomes on every seller call.Your mornings start at 8:30 am with a performance huddle. The rest of your day is about driving pipeline, negotiating, and sharpening your edge.
