Joining Bucketsquad means becoming part of a fast-moving creative and production team focused on shaping the future of sports entertainment.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a full-time Production Manager for Jesser’s Main YouTube Channel, based on-site in Los Angeles, CA. This role is a critical operational backbone for the company.The Production Manager is responsible for budgeting, timeline management, resource allocation, and team assignments across all video productions. You will work closely with the creative/development team to run feasibility on ideas, anticipate production needs, and translate concepts into actionable plans. You will activate and oversee producers, APs, PAs, and coordinate directly with the Director of Photography and camera team to ensure each video is executed on time and on budget.This role requires a highly organized, experienced operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the creative process, and can build smooth systems that allow the team to scale. It is a key leadership position within the production pipeline.QualificationsProven experience in production management, line producing, or similar roles in digital media or filmStrong expertise in budgeting, cost tracking, and managing financial constraintsAbility to build and maintain production timelines, schedules, and rollout plansSkilled in resource allocation, staffing, and assigning producers, APs, and PAs to projectsExperience working directly with DPs and camera teams to align creative plans with technical executionAbility to evaluate feasibility of creative ideas and translate them into realistic production plansStrong communication, leadership, and cross-team coordination skillsComfortable running multiple productions at once and maintaining clarity across all moving partsHighly organized with strong documentation, workflow, and operational systemsExperience with vendor coordination, equipment rental processes, and general production logisticsFamiliarity with the YouTube creator ecosystem and digital-first production environmentsBachelor’s degree in Film, Production, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
