This role will directly support the production of WWE’s weekly LIVE television slate.The Road Crew, a division of WWE Media, is responsible for executing all on-site elements of television production across WWE’s weekly lineup including RAW, SmackDown, NXT, Premium Live Events, Saturday Night’s Main Event, and more. The team is made up of highly motivated professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure live production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport show execution by collaborating cross-functionally and completing assigned production tasks with guidanceAssist live and pre-taped elements through strong organization, communication, and reliable follow-through in fast-paced environmentsWork directly with WWE’s Executive Producer and Director to execute all show-related elementsCollaborate with WWE’s Creative Team and Producers on overall show directionCoordinate backstage crews for all LIVE and pre-taped contentCommunicate with WWE’s broadcast partners (Netflix, ESPN, USA, The CW, and Peacock)Work closely with Global Partners on in-show integrations and fan experiencesCoordinate rehearsals with Producers and TalentWork cross-functionally with WWE HQ teams across Media and Business divisions, including Domestic & International Production, Creative Media, Digital/Social, Graphics, Global Partnerships, Talent Relations, Communications, Music, and moreLiaise with WWE Superstars, on-air talent, executives, and key business partnersProduce and manage off-site shoots and events involving WWE Talent and ExecutivesStay current on WWE programming, storylines, talent, partners, and productsRoles include Commercial AD, Tape AD, Floor Manager, and Stage ManagerQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Communications, Film & TV, or related fieldPrevious LIVE TV or production experience strongly preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to travel extensively (90% or more)Willing to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysHighly attentive, professional demeanor, and calm under pressureWWE EEO StatementWWE is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding non-discrimination in employment.
