This role is central to building scroll-stopping, conversion-driving creative for paid social campaigns. You will also work closely with designers, video editors, and creators to produce assets that align with performance goals and brand standards. This role is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for content, visual storytelling, and creative testing.Key Responsibilities:Ad Creative Planning & Creation — including shooting & editing UGC videos, writing briefs to source content from other creators, and coordinating additional asset needs with the creative team.Support the launch and iteration of ads for A/B testing on a weekly basis.Analyze performance results and surface creative insights to the marketing team to inform future content iterations.Stay on top of platform trends and competitor creative strategies to fuel content innovation.What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in digital advertising or creative strategy, ideally for DTC or eCommerce brands.Deep understanding of social platforms like Meta and TikTok, including best practices for engaging content.Strong eye for creative, with experience developing or managing social assets (video, static, UGC, motion).Comfortable interpreting campaign performance metrics and using them to guide creative decisions.Experience working cross-functionally with designers, editors, or content creators.Bonus: Prior experience working at an advertising agency.
