The Operations Assistant keeps the office moving by providing outstanding customer service, supporting the estimators by qualifying leads and scheduling estimates, and by maintaining the office, inventory, and vehicles. The role requires a high level of organizational skill, a passion for supporting a talented team to get their work done efficiently, and familiarity with online tools.
