Here, you’ll be empowered to create content that resonates, while surrounded by a supportive, forward-thinking team that values innovation, authenticity, and fun.Responsibilities:Host a live morning show Monday–Friday (6 AM–10 AM)Typical daily schedule runs 5 AM–NoonDeliver topical, entertaining breaks that reflect The Bull’s brandBuild meaningful on-air and social media engagementRepresent the station at events, remotes, and promotional appearancesCollaborate with programming, promotions, digital, and sales teamsOperate studio and remote equipment confidently and professionallyWrite, edit, and produce audio, video, and digital contentConduct interviews and create compelling storytelling momentsSupport endorsements, live reads, and promotional opportunitiesContribute bold, creative ideas that move the show forwardAdditional duties as assignedRequirements:Minimum 2 years of on-air experienceAbility to deliver a listener-focused, content-rich showExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWorking knowledge of audio editing, WideOrbit, and social platformsUnderstanding of FCC rules and broadcast standardsStrong writing, storytelling, and public speaking abilitiesAbility to interact comfortably with listeners and clientsCreative, innovative mindset with a strong work ethicTeam-oriented approach with the ability to work well at all levelsValid driver’s license and fully insured personal vehicleHigh school diploma or equivalentPreferred Qualifications:Prior broadcast industry experiencePassion for country music and the country lifestyleStrong digital and social media presenceWe are Connoisseur Media, a broadcast and digital media company serving audiences, advertisers, and local communities.
