About The JobThis role is for a motion designer who wants real creative influence inside a category-defining brand. At Milan Laser, motion design is a growth driver, not a support function. You’ll work closely with creative leads, the Creative Director, and the CMO to create work that directly impacts brand perception and performance.This is a hands-on, end-to-end role where you’ll own the full creative process—from concept through final delivery. You’ll translate strategy and data-driven insight into emotionally compelling, high-performing motion creative built for modern social platforms. This is not a narrow specialist role within a large production pipeline.Milan Laser is the leader in laser hair removal, with unmatched scale, credibility, and momentum. This role offers premium brand and performance marketing experience and the opportunity to help define the motion identity of a fast-growing category leader.What You’ll DoOwn motion assets end to end from concept through final delivery, including ideation, design, animation, editing, and finishingCreate emotionally compelling, performance-driven motion content designed to capture attention, drive engagement, and convert audiences across paid and organic channelsIndependently build high-impact social creative optimized for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat, following each platform’s creative best practicesTranslate performance insights into creative decisions, iterating based on hook performance, retention, and conversion signalsBalance brand storytelling and performance rigor, delivering work that is both emotionally resonant and results-drivenPartner with creative and performance leads, but maintain clear ownership over execution and quality of motion outputsTest and optimize motion assets based on campaign performance dataWhat You’ll BringPortfolio demonstrating independent, end-to-end ownership of motion assets requiredProven experience concepting and executing motion design A to Z, not solely animating, editing, or optimizing assets created by othersDemonstrated ability to create emotionally engaging, high-impact social content that performs in paid and organic environmentsStrong understanding of social-first storytelling, hooks, pacing, and visual hierarchy across short-form platformsExperience working in performance marketing or growth-focused creative environments, in-house or agencyThis is a full-time role open to remote candidates across the continental U.S., in states where Milan operates clinics.Portfolio Submission Required***To be considered for this role, applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating independent, end-to-end motion design work.Your Portfolio Should IncludeMotion assets you personally concepted, designed, animated, and edited from start to finish Short-form social content created for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or Snapchat Examples that demonstrate emotional impact, attention-grabbing hooks, pacing, and platform-specific execution Why Milan Laser Hair Removal?Milan Laser stands as the largest and most premier laser hair removal company in the nation.
