Role DescriptionWe are looking for amazing part-time Spray Tan Artists to join our Vienna, VA and Arlington, VA teams, as well as a qualified full-time Studio Manager to oversee both locations. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, performing custom airbrush spray tan services tailored to client needs, managing bookings, and maintaining the studio's cleanliness and organization. The Studio Manager will also oversee daily operations, lead teams, and ensure smooth workflow within the studios.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure a professional and pleasant experience for every client.Team Leadership and Project Management skills for managing team performance and studio operations (specific to Studio Manager role).Sales skills to recommend products and services that enhance the client’s experience.Attention to detail and ability to adapt to client preferences or requests.Previous experience in the beauty or service industry is an asset.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
