Job Title
We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated Marketing & Video Content Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. If you’re passionate about storytelling through video, photography, and social media and you thrive in a hands-on, fast-moving environment, this is the role for you.
You’ll be behind the camera, editing in the office, and online helping bring our brands to life through high-quality, engaging content.
*Hours:* Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (on-site, Arlington, WA)
*Key Responsibilities:*
Video & Visual Content Creation
* Plan, shoot, and edit short- and long-form videos for social media, web, and events.
* Capture and edit product footage, lifestyle content, customer stories, and event highlights.
* Work collaboratively on video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
* Assist with photography for new product models, factory updates, and trade shows.
* Develop motion graphics, B-roll libraries, and short clips optimized for each platform.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
* Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms.
* Create scroll-stopping visual and video content tailored for each channel.
* Engage with our online community by responding to messages, comments, and feedback.
* Track analytics to evaluate performance and optimize future posts.
Marketing Support
* Assist with email marketing, website content updates, and digital campaigns.
* Support dealer marketing initiatives with branded photo and video assets.
* Ensure all materials align with brand standards and creative direction.
*Qualifications:*
Education & Experience
* 2+ years in marketing, media production, or related creative field preferred.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Film, or related area is a plus.
Technical Skills
* Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects.
* Experience with filming, and audio production.
* Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
* Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and pacing.
Personal Attributes
* Hands-on, creative, and self-driven.
* Punctual and reliable with excellent time-management skills.
* Strong communicator who enjoys working both independently and collaboratively.
* Passionate about visual storytelling and continuous learning.

Pay: $24.00 - $33.00 per hour
