Dear Media, LLCManaging Producer, New York CityAbout this position:We are seeking an experienced Senior Podcast Producer to oversee the production of approximately 4-5 shows weekly, oversee several larger initiatives across the department as well as manage a small team of direct reports. This role is critical in managing all aspects of podcast production—from creative development and distribution, to monetization and marketing —while maintaining network protocols and ensuring the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:Oversee 3-5 weekly releasing podcasts, ensuring the highest quality from creative development and content capture, through post production and distribution.Build positive working relationships with talent, provide feedback, address any issues, and ensure a collaborative and productive environment.Manage performance and growth strategy.Collaborate with the editing team to deliver polished episodes that meet client expectations and maintain high standards.Collaborate with leadership on larger initiatives across the department such as marketing strategy, growth opportunities as well as talent relations. Understand and oversee larger cross-department operations, providing guidance and context to the team.
