This role is perfect for someone building their directing skills and excited to learn from a fast-paced, collaborative team.What You’ll DoSupport the development of ideas for shoots, videos, and social campaigns Assist with on-set direction including shot framing, pacing, and performance notes Track social media trends and formats to help shape content ideas Contribute creative input during shoots—transitions, shot flow, visual style Help with pre-production tasks like location lookups, moodboards, and visual research Collaborate on scripting, outlining, and basic storyboarding Pitch in with production setup, lighting adjustments, and organizing shot logs Review footage and help flag standout moments for post-production Ensure the overall look, tone, and voice stay consistent across content Bring fresh series ideas and new social concepts to the table What We’re Looking ForFilm student, recent graduate, or someone early in a directing/production career Strong awareness of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and short-form viral content culture Ability to identify trends and reimagine them through a unique creative lens Comfortable giving light direction to talent Foundational understanding of cameras, lighting, visuals, and storytelling Organized, reliable, and thrives in a fast-moving creative environment Portfolio or samples of previous creative work (student or personal projects welcome!)
