ACM Talent is expanding our creator division and looking for a Talent Acquisition & Creator Outreach Associate who is Fluent in IG/TikTok culture and talent trends and can identify emerging Instagram and TikTok talent. This is a contract-based remote role. This role is perfect for someone who lives on social, understands creator trends, and can identify creators with strong brand-partnership potential. You’ll play a key part in growing our roster by discovering new talent and initiating high-quality outreach conversations about management and brand deals.What You’ll Do: • Identify rising creators on Instagram and TikTok across a variety of niches • Evaluate creator quality, brand fit, growth potential, and engagement patterns • Conduct strategic outreach to creators regarding representation and brand-partnership opportunities • Build and maintain tracking lists of prospects, niches, and emerging trends • Collaborate with ACM’s management team to vet and onboard new creators • Maintain a high volume of clear, professional communication with talentWho You Are: • Social-media fluent; you understand the creator economy and follow it daily • Great at spotting talent and trends early • Organized, proactive, and comfortable with repeated outreach • Strong communicator with excellent writing skills • Prior experience in talent scouting, influencer marketing, or creator management is a plus (but not required)————————————ACM TalentA premier talent management and representation company specializing in voiceover and digital-first creators.
