As an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Intern, you’ll help grow Vidovo’s creator roster by discovering and connecting with talented UGC creators and influencers across platforms. You’ll help us build relationships with creators who want to work with brands, making sure we always have amazing talent ready for upcoming campaigns.The RoleYou’ll work directly with our founder and team to identify, reach out to, and onboard new influencers for future brand campaigns. It’s a fast-paced, high-energy role where you’ll learn how the creator economy works from the inside, from how brands find creators to how campaigns come together.Vidovo has partnered with hundreds of brands, including names like NerdWallet, Physician’s Choice, OLIPOP, and Notion. You’ll play a key role in expanding our network of creators who make those partnerships possible.What You’ll DoFind new UGC creators and influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter (X), Facebook groups, and Slack communitiesReach out to creators through DMs or email to introduce Vidovo and invite them to join our internal rosterKeep outreach organized using Notion or Google Sheets (track creator name, handle, niche, contact info, and response)Curate a list of creators based on brand categories (beauty, lifestyle, fitness, etc.)Work with the team to prioritize creators who match current and upcoming campaign needsHit weekly sourcing goals (e.g. creators contacted per week)What We’re Looking For0–2 years of experience (or internships) in marketing, communications, or creator-related rolesStrong communicator who’s confident reaching out cold to creatorsHighly organized and detail-oriented — someone who likes keeping things on trackComfortable working in a fast-paced startup with a small teamExcited about UGC, creators, and social media marketingBonus: You’re active on social media and have a good eye for quality contentWhat Success Looks LikeYou consistently discover and engage talented influencers who fit Vidovo’s brand needsYou help grow our internal influencer roster week over weekOutreach is well-documented and organized for handoffYou develop a strong understanding of the creator sourcing process and the business behind influencer marketingHours: Flexible, remote (10–15 hrs/week)Compensation: $15–$20/hour
