Headquartered in Irvine, California, we partner with automotive professionals, distributors, and dealerships to deliver industry-leading products and training.We’re expanding rapidly across the U.S. and looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our U.S. operations, drive national sales growth, and build a high-performing team.The RoleAs the General Manager, you will oversee all U.S. operations with a strong focus on sales leadership, team management, and business development. You will work closely with the CEO to execute Terminax’s growth strategy, build processes, and strengthen our presence across the North American market.This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and has a proven record of driving revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesLead national sales efforts to grow Terminax’s PPF and tint business across the U.S.Manage and coach inside and outside sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targetsBuild strong B2B relationships with key accounts, dealers, distributors, and partnersDevelop and implement sales strategies, forecasting, and performance KPIsOversee daily operations, team performance, and cross-department collaborationSupport budgeting, pricing decisions, and operational planningRepresent Terminax at industry events, trade shows, and dealer trainingsProvide regular updates to senior leadership on sales performance and market insightsWhat You’ll Bring10+ years of professional experience, ideally in automotive, aftermarket, film, or related B2B industries5–7 years of team management experience, leading sales or operations teamsStrong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goalsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to build processes in a growing organization and lead teams through changeHands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable balancing strategy and executionMandarin bilingual ability is a plus but not requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based bonusesLeadership opportunity in a rapidly growing global brandSignificant career growth and long-term development potentialCollaborative, supportive, and performance-driven cultureOngoing product, sales, and leadership trainingJoin UsIf you’re passionate about scaling sales teams and leading operations in a high-growth environment, we’d love to meet you.
