As an Entry Level Production Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our production team across various projects, from conceptualization to execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with pre-production tasks including script breakdowns and scheduling.Support the production team on set by setting up equipment and assisting crew members.Manage and organize production supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in working order.Coordinate with various departments including camera, lighting, and sound to facilitate smooth operations.Take detailed notes during production meetings to aid in project coordination and communication.Help transport production gear and materials to and from various locations as needed.Qualifications & SkillsStrong interest in film, television, or media production with a desire to learn.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Basic knowledge of production equipment and terminology preferred but not required.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the production schedule.
