With a strong foundation and a forward-looking vision, VERSANT empowers creativity, embraces change, and drives connection in an ever-evolving world.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Entertainment Partnerships Manager to lead the delivery of Fandango and Fandango at Home brand and promotional partnerships tied to new theatrical movie releases along with streaming opportunities on our platform. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams to maximize high-impact campaigns that amplify film title partnerships.You will serve as the primary point of contact for promotional partners, ensuring on-brand and on-time execution of campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and Fandango performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Management:Support the Director of Fandango Entertainment Partnerships with pitching and managing partnerships with third-party brands tied to upcoming film releases in theatrical and home entertainment windows.Manage a high volume of incoming Promo Code requests from studios and promotional partners, overseeing pricing, approvals and execution handoff.Build and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective partners across all stages of the partnership lifecycle.Partner Acquisition Support: Identify and anticipate emerging brand and consumer trends to inform strategic outreach and partnership opportunities.Collaborate with the Rewards Marketing team to develop pitch materials and follow-up decks that align with studio and brand objectives.Campaign Execution:Coordinate with Account Management teams on program capabilities, timelines, and asset delivery to meet key deadlines.Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with internal teams including Ad Sales, Studio Marketing, Creative, and Legal to support partnership programs.Performance Reporting:Track, analyze and report on partnership campaign performance and customer reach. Provide post-mortem reports and insights to inform future strategies.Manage the submission of team contributions within internal reporting documentation, ensuring quality and consistency.Qualifications2+ years of experience in marketing, brand partnerships, entertainment, or agency account management involving salesStrong understanding of film marketing and the entertainment/media landscapeWorking knowledge of elements to launch partnership programs: proposition development, marketing channels, and operational mechanicsProven ability to manage multiple partner campaigns with attention to detail and stakeholder coordinationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for both internal and external interactionsCommercial, strategic, and technical mindset with strong attention to detailOrganized and structured with the ability to reliably deliver on plansAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience working with studio IP, and brand compliance processes preferredStrong presentation skills and creative sensibilityExperience working with Salesforce a plusPreferred ExperiencePrevious work with a film studio, streaming platform, media or partnership agency, or consumer brand doing entertainment partnerships and salesFamiliarity with legal and compliance review processes for promotional tie-insAdditional Job RequirementsHybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
