Reports to: Head of Growth / CMO Type: Full-Time Seniority: Expert-Level (Top 1%)🚀 Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-performance Creative Strategist who understands how to create, analyze, and scale winning ad creatives for e-commerce brands on Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This is NOT a basic designer role. This is a performance + psychology + storytelling role.You will be responsible for identifying winning angles, building creative frameworks, directing editors, analyzing ad-level data, and producing high-converting concepts that scale to 6–7 figures per month.🔥 Key Responsibilities1. Creative Strategy & IdeationDevelop breakthrough ad concepts based on psychology, competitors, and trends.Create angle sheets, hooks, scroll-stoppers, and storyboards for editors.Generate 10–20 creative concepts weekly across static, video, and UGC formats.Research top-performing ads using Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, and competitor stores.Predict trends before they happen—“see the wave before it forms.”2. Creative Briefing & Production DirectionWrite world-class briefs for editors, UGC creators, voiceover artists, and designers.Direct video editors to produce fast, punchy, high-retention ad creatives.Review drafts, give actionable feedback, and ensure every creative meets a performance standard.3. Data-Driven Creative AnalysisAnalyze ad performance at hook, slide, and retention level.Use metrics like CTR, CPC, Thumbstop %, Hook Rate, CPA, MER, AOV to guide iteration.Identify why an ad won—and why it died early.Build iteration plans (Version 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc.) to increase performance.4. Testing & Scaling SupportWork closely with media buyers to support testing playbooks.Suggest new angles based on audience fatigue or product lifecycle.Understand how creatives behave across cold, warm, and retargeting funnels.Optimize creatives for 10+ countries and multiple languages if needed.5.
