Company Description:Deux Vingt is a creative production agency working at the intersection of content, strategy, and design. We are seeking an experienced Content Producer with strong storytelling instincts and hands-on video editing skills to create compelling content across social, digital, and campaign platforms.Role Overview:As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for ideating, developing, and producing multimedia content that aligns with client objectives and brand strategy. This role blends creative concepting with hands-on production and post-production, requiring both strategic thinking and technical execution. You will collaborate with creative directors, strategists, and designers to bring ideas to life through engaging visual stories that connect with audiences.Key Responsibilities:• Ideate and develop content concepts aligned with brand and campaign strategies.• Produce and edit video content for social media, digital campaigns, and branded storytelling.• Script, plan, and structure narrative-driven content for short- and long-form formats.• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and design teams to ensure brand and message alignment.• Capture and organize visual assets, including b-roll, interviews, and behind-the-scenes footage.• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools), ensuring high-quality storytelling, pacing, and technical precision.• Adapt and repurpose content for various digital platforms and aspect ratios.• Stay informed on content trends, audience behaviors, and emerging formats to inspire innovative storytelling.• Manage project timelines, revisions, and deliverables within a fast-paced environment.• Experience supporting or producing video shoots—including planning, logistics, and on-set coordination—is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.• 7+ years of experience in content production, ideally within an agency or brand environment.• Proficiency in Adobe Suite; DaVinci Resolve is a plus.• Proven ability to develop creative concepts and translate them into engaging video narratives.• Strong understanding of social and digital content best practices and storytelling techniques.• Excellent organizational and communication skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining creative and technical quality.• A passion for visual storytelling, collaboration, and producing work that moves audiences.
