Company: Recovery for AthletesLocation: Remote (must have personal filming space)Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 annuallyTrial Period: 3-month paid trial ($8,000–$12,000 total)About the RoleRecovery for Athletes is looking for a full-time Content Creator to be the face and voice of our video content across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is heavily focused on long-form YouTube video creation revolving around the products we sell, with the ability to repurpose that content into engaging short-form clips for social platforms.You will play a key role in telling our brand story, educating our audience on health, wellness, recovery, and performance, and helping grow our YouTube channel into a leading resource in the recovery space.This position starts with a 3-month paid trial to ensure mutual fit, with the intention of transitioning into a full-time role.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, shoot, and edit long-form YouTube videos on a consistent scheduleRepurpose long-form content into short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsAppear on camera confidently and professionally as a brand representativeDevelop creative video concepts and content ideas independentlyTell compelling brand stories aligned with Recovery for Athletes’ mission and valuesStay current on platform trends, video formats, and best practicesCollaborate with the marketing team on content strategy and growth initiativesRequirementsProven experience creating and editing video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTokStrong on-camera presence and communication skillsProficient in video editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)Own professional or prosumer camera, lighting, and audio equipmentHave access to a dedicated space to film contentHighly proactive, self-motivated, and creativePassionate about health, wellness, recovery, and performanceAbility to work independently and manage multiple projectsWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who thinks YouTube first and understands how to build long-form content that converts into short-form growthA creator who can own the entire process: ideation → filming → editing → publishingA storyteller who can educate, inspire, and build trust with our audienceCompensation & Trial Period3-Month Trial: $8,000–$12,000 total (based on experience)Full-Time Role: $50,000–$60,000 annually upon successful completion of trialPlease message our inbox or have available in your cover letter/resume:Links to your YouTube channel or long-form video examplesShort-form video examples (Instagram, TikTok, or Shorts)A brief note explaining why you’re excited about health, wellness, and Recovery for Athletes
