In addition, we work to improve our communities and our planet to help the world live more fully.SummaryThe Associate Graphic Designer on the Concept team is responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of visually compelling materials that support brand campaigns and projects. Key responsibilities include creating presentation decks, producing rendered visuals to support conceptual ideas, preparing files for final distribution, and ensuring visual consistency across all materials. This role works closely with creative leads, copywriters, and visual teams.ResponsibilitiesAssist in conceptualizing, sketching, and designing future marketing concepts.Provide design support to concept team by refining concepts and delivering creative solutions, finding inspiration and doing market research.Partner with designers and copywriters to create presentations.Assist creative leads on prepping files, building Adobe Creative Cloud libraries and finalizing presentation decks.Ensure all designs maintain visual consistency, align with brand guidelines, and support the strategic goals of internal communications.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications1-2 years of experience designing and conceptualizing design for big brandsPortfolio showcasing your workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), PowerPoint, and other design toolsBasic animation or motion design skills (Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and branding principlesExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to balance multiple projects simultaneously and work within a fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-throughAwareness of current design trends, with the ability to translate them into brand-relevant visualsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceCore CompetenciesLead with Curiosity & HumilityBuild High Performing Teams for Today & TomorrowInfluence & Inspire with Vision & PurposeObserve, Engage & ConnectStrive to Achieve Operational ExcellenceDeliver Business ResultsBenefitsBath & Body Works associates are the heart of our business.
