You'll be part of a positive, high-performance team that thrives on camaraderie, mindset, and personal development while representing a global media platform that transforms personal brands into household names.We're hiring 10 experienced remote professionals with a background in TV, media, and premium advertising packages to accelerate our next phase of strategic growth.What You'll DoConduct 15+ daily strategy and discovery calls with prospective clients interested in being featured on Inside Success TV, each lasting approximately 30 minutes.Lead clients through our casting and screening process, articulating the brand, marketing, and exposure benefits of an Inside Success TV feature.Apply business strategy and storytelling insight to help clients position themselves effectively for national and international audiences.Manage leads and CRM updates daily, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and full compliance.Represent Inside Success TV with energy, empathy, and enthusiasm, embodying our values of authenticity, excellence, and personal growth.What You'll EarnCommission-Only Structure: Earn 10% on all closed sales. Packages range from $12,000 to $200,000.On-Target Earnings: Realistic OTE between $60,000â $200,000 per year, depending on performance and volume. Strong understanding of business and marketing strategy â ability to position a client's story effectively. High energy, exceptional communication skills, and a natural ability to connect and build trust. Detail-oriented with strong CRM discipline and professional follow-up habits. A positive, proactive, team-first attitude and passion for personal and professional growth.
